Tap didn't pair?

Both phones must be on the "TAP" home screen, then bump them together.
Both need to be online; the match happens within a 1.5-second window, so bump at the same time.
If it keeps failing, a QR code fallback appears: one person shows it, the other scans.

The other person doesn't have the app?

After opening a room, tap "Invite" to show a QR code. They scan it with their camera and join right in the browser at taptalking.ai — no install, no sign-up.

Can't hear spoken playback?

Turn on "Headset mode" during a conversation and the other side's messages are read aloud in your language. Make sure the phone isn't muted and your headphones are connected.

How do I delete conversation history?

One conversation: History → open it → "Delete".
Everything: Settings → "Delete all conversation history".

Which languages are supported?

The world's 30 most-used languages. In one room everyone can use a different language (up to 8 people) — each person only sees their own.

碰一下沒有配對成功？

兩支手機都要停在「碰一下」待機畫面，再互碰一下。
兩機需連上網路；配對比對在 1.5 秒時間窗內完成，請「同時」碰。
一直不成功時，畫面會顯示 QR code 備援：一人出示、另一人掃描即可。

對方沒有裝 app 怎麼辦？

開房後點「邀請」出示 QR code，對方用手機相機掃描，瀏覽器開啟 taptalking.ai 網頁即可加入對話——免安裝、免註冊。

聽不到語音播報？

對話中開啟「耳機模式」，對方的訊息會以你的語言唸出。請確認手機未靜音、耳機已連線。

如何刪除對話記錄？

單場：記錄 → 點開該場對話 →「刪除」。
全部：設定 →「刪除全部對話記錄」。

タップしてもペアリングできない？

2 台とも「タップ」のホーム画面を開いたまま、軽くぶつけてください。
2 台ともオンラインである必要があります。マッチングは 1.5 秒の時間枠で判定されるので、同時にタップしてください。
うまくいかない場合は QR コードの代替手段が表示されます。片方が提示し、もう片方が読み取るだけです。

相手がアプリを持っていない場合は？

ルームを開いたら「招待」をタップして QR コードを表示。相手はカメラで読み取ると、ブラウザで taptalking.ai が開き、そのまま会話に参加できます——インストール不要・登録不要。

音声の読み上げが聞こえない？

会話中に「ヘッドセットモード」をオンにすると、相手のメッセージがあなたの言語で読み上げられます。端末がミュートになっていないか、イヤホンが接続されているかをご確認ください。

会話履歴を削除するには？

個別：履歴 → 該当の会話を開く →「削除」。
すべて：設定 →「会話履歴をすべて削除」。
